What Is Light Language?

Light Language is a channelled language that is a soul to soul transmission. It is a communication from the higher realms that comes through in language, sounds, symbols and hand gestures .Light language holds a unique frequency for healing and connecting with our higher state of consciousness. There are many different forms of light language depending on the channel is it guided through. For my clients I channel light language for healing and connecting to their higher self and to remember who they are at a soul level.

What to expect from Clinical Trauma Hypnotherapy. Sessions are unlike a normal Counselling or Psychology session in that you don’t have to disclose your trauma for me to be able to work with you to eliminate, and remove, anxiety, PTSD, depression, grief or limiting beliefs. Clinical Trauma  Hypnotherapy works with your subconscious to and addresses trauma using a blend of styles of hypnotherapy techniques designed for you to remove limiting self-beliefs and to launch you forward into the life you have always wanted to create but have held yourself back from.

Teen Group Therapy for Anxiety


Feeling anxious? You’re not alone.
Our small group sessions offer a safe and supportive space for teens to share, learn, and grow together.

This is a 6 week course runs for an 1hr per week.

In this group, we’ll explore:
